Moneywave Sdn. Bhd. strictly prohibits bribery and corruption in all forms and shall not offer, give, solicit, or accept any bribe, improper payment, or corrupt gratification from any party for any purpose.

Moneywave Sdn. Bhd. is committed to conducting its business in a lawful, ethical, responsible, and transparent manner, and shall avoid any conduct that could negatively affect the integrity and reputation of the Company.

Moneywave Sdn. Bhd. upholds strong anti-bribery and anti-corruption principles throughout all business dealings and activities and requires all associated persons and external stakeholders to comply with and observe the Company's anti-bribery and anti-corruption requirements and the relevant provisions of this Policy.

Moneywave Sdn. Bhd. treats any breach of this Policy seriously and may undertake appropriate actions, including but not limited to review of employment or appointment, disciplinary measures, termination, and reporting to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

This Policy applies to all "associated persons" of Moneywave Sdn. Bhd., including directors, partners, employees, and any third parties acting on behalf of Moneywave Sdn. Bhd.

"Third parties" include suppliers, agents, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, business partners, and any other parties (including individuals, partnerships, and corporate entities) associated with Moneywave Sdn. Bhd.

"Bribery" refers to the act of corruptly giving, promising, offering, soliciting, receiving, or agreeing to receive any gratification, directly or indirectly. Gratification may include monetary or non-monetary benefits, services, favours, or any form of advantage.

"Corruption" shall carry the meaning adopted by Transparency International, namely: the abuse of entrusted power for private gain.
